Subsequent Sessions…..Charged at £55 per session.
Smoking Cessation……..Charged from £195 per

The initial consultation with me is free of charge. This is an opportunity for you to get to know me and for me to get to know you. We will both know at the end of this consultation session whether I can help you get the change you want and you will have a very good idea whether I’m the right therapist for you.

A session is typically between 50 minutes and an hour. Though I often over run and do not run sessions with a client on a stop watch. When we are working together we will work through whatever comes up, this often means it is not appropriate to stop a session just because your 50 minutes is up.
